Lower Back Pain: How to fix/prevent it

Back pain is the sort of pain that never goes away, and is involved every movement you make.

This is especially true for lower back pain.

28% of Americans reported having lower back pain.

That's over 90 MILLION people with lower back pain, just in the US.

When you look at our modern work life, is it any wonder why people are suffering from lower back pain?

Most Americans sit for more than 8 hours a day.

They sit driving to work

They sit at their desk for 8 hrs

They sit on the couch after work.

This is a recipe for painful lower back.

Luckily there's a way to counteract lower back pain and prevent it from affecting your life.

The best way to bulletproof your back from lower back pain isn't with stretching

It's by strengthening your back, legs, and core.

Your lower back is connected to all different muscles (glutes, hamstrings, hips, core)

When all of those muscles are weak

It causes your lower back to have to overcompensate to remain stable.

When these muscles are strong

The lower back is able to relax, causing pain to decrease.

So if you want to improve your lower back pain

You need to be focusing on strengthening those surrounding muscles, and your lower back.

All you need you to do is add 5 exercises to your weekly routine.
