The KISS Diet (Keep it Simple Stupid)


If you've ever tried transforming your body then you've spent time searching the internet for the best diet.

Google "weight loss diet" and you'll come across endless "golden tickets" for losing weight quickly.

Whether it's Keto, Adkins, Weight Watchers, or Carnivore

All great diets focus on 2 principles.

This is what I call the KISS Diet (Keep it Simple Stupid).

This KISS Diet is so simple a caveman could follow it (they did),and only requires you to follow 2 rules:

1) Increasing Protein intake

2) Decreasing processed foods

Let's break this down further so you understand what this means.

Protein is an indispensable macronutrient that is essential for creating metabolic homeostasis.

The more protein you have in your diet the better energy balance you have.

Protein is also great for building muscle and losing weight

Protein has a high thermic-effect, meaning it requires more energy to digest and metabolize.

This mean eating protein will actually burn more calories and keep you more full than eating a diet filled with carbs and processed food.

Secondly, avoiding processed foods is essential to transforming your body and health.

Processed foods can be defined that any food that's been broken down from it's whole food form and has been processed with synthetic chemicals or seed oils.

Processed foods are high in calories

But low in nutrients.

This explains why you have to eat a lot of processed foods in order to feel full.

Additionally, the flavor added to processed foods has all been specifically designed to keep you coming back for more.

This results in an endless loop of always feeling hungry, while giving your body the exact opposite of what it needs to feel full.

Every diet that produces results focuses on these 2 ideas:

1) Eating more protein

2) Eating less processed foods

So if you're looking to build muscle:

Eat more protein and less processed foods

If you're looking to burn fat:

Eat more protein and less processed foods

If you're looking to improve your lifespan:

Eat more protein and less processed foods

Stop looking for the new 30 day fad diet

And start keeping it simple, stupid.

Your body will thank you for it.
